Organics RecyclingDid you know you can place the following items in your organics cart (brown lid) to be composted?- Food Scraps: fruits, vegetables, meat, cheese, bones, egg shells, shellfish
- Food-Soiled Paper: paper towels, greasy pizza boxes, napkins, paper cups, paper plates, tea bags, milk cartons (without plastic spout), coffee filters
- Yard Trimmings: grass, leaves, non-hazardous wood waste, palm fronds, tree limbs (less than 5 feet long), weeds, plant material
- Compostable Packaging: paper and cardboard take-out boxes, BPI Certified compostable packaging
