The YBL basketball training & conditioning program will be made up of five 90-minute sessions designed to improve the player's basketball skills and knowledge. Players will be split into groups of 10 and divided up by their correlating age groups:8-10, 10-12, and 12-14. Groups will be co-ed and limited to 10 and all levels are welcome. Players must wear masks at all times when indoors and must maintain a 6-foot distance from one another during the program.
