Utility Assistance Program

Fiscal Year 2022 Utility Assistance Program applications are available July 1st, 2021.

Due to a high demand, initial funding has been exhausted.  The City is making a second round of funding available through Federal CDBG CARES funds that will be applied to the September 2021 charges (discount will be visible in the October 2021 bill).

In order to be eligible for this program you must qualify for the PG&E CARE program and be the legal property owner. Please see the application below for instructions on what is needed to apply.

The Utility rebate of $80 will be adjusted off the monthly utility bill for up to 6 months.

Applications can be mailed or taken into the Finance Department at City Hall beginning July 21st, 2021.

To learn more about the program, please call 530-661-5831.
