Paul Navazio was appointed Woodland City Manager in April, 2012. He previously served as Assistant City Manager for the City of Davis, where he was originally hired as Finance Director in 2004. Previously, Mr. Navazio served as the Budget Manager for the City of Berkeley from 1998 to 2004, and Budget Director for the City of Oakland between 1992 and 1998.
Prior to transitioning to local government, Mr. Navazio served two years as a Fiscal and Policy Analyst with the Legislative Analyst's Office in Sacramento, California, and he began his professional career as a Senior Financial Analyst for Hewlett Packard.
Mr. Navazio holds a Masters in Administration (Finance and Public Policy) from the University of California, Davis, and earned his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester (N.Y.).
