All projects within the City of Woodland are required to comply with City's newly adopted Post Construction Standard Plan (PDF) to reduce post-runoff in compliance with the City's Phase II MS4 permit with the State Water Resources Control Board. Sediment & Erosion Control

In addition to the above requirement, all development projects disturbing more than an acre of soil are required to submit a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan prepared per the State Water Resources Control Board (SWBC) Construction General Permit, prepared by a Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD).

Projects smaller than one acre shall meet all requirements to prevent storm water runoff from entering the City's storm system per the City's Stormwater Ordinance (Section 23D), and may be required to submit an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan prepared by a Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD).
