Scholarships (known as "camperships") will be available for Summertime Fun Club, Summer Teen Pack, Swim Lessons, Woodland Wreckers, and Lifeguard Training. Being a recipient of a campership results in a substantial fee reduction in program fees. Camperships are available to families that meet a low-income requirement.
Campership Criteria
Resident of Woodland
The camperships household must reside within the Woodland city limits. This excludes all PO Boxes, county road addresses, or non-Woodland addresses. How do I know if I am a non-resident? Click to see the City limits map of Woodland and enter your mailing address.
Income Qualification
Use the chart below to see if you meet the income requirements. Qualified applicants will fall at or below 80% of Area Median Income. This chart below uses HUD’s 2022 Income limits for Yolo County, the highlighted area shows the qualified households. (California State Income Limits HUD Info) Use the gross income for the entire household. Provide verification of income that your family qualifies for the swim lesson scholarship. Submit copies of 2022 tax submission 1040 (not W2).
