Inclusionary Housing Policy
It is a goal of the City to provide for an adequate supply of quality housing for its residents and workers, regardless of income levels and/or special needs. In order to further this goal, the City of Woodland has implemented an Inclusionary Housing Policy, along with the development of affordable housing projects and programs. The City of Woodland's Inclusionary Housing Policy is intended to allow for a fair share of the City's affordable housing needs to be satisfied by each residential development, regardless of location within the City or the price range of housing units.
