Retailer Information

On June 6, 2006, Measure E was approved by the voters. This initiative will become effective October 1, 2006 and expires on September 30, 2018. The City's existing local sales tax (a.k.a. Measure H) expires on June 30, 2006. The City will publish a preliminary closeout report in July 2006, with a final closeout report following in mid-to-late FY06/07

In May 2006, each retailer within the Yolo and surrounding Counties should have received a Special Notice from the BOE (PDF) about the expiration of Measure H. In August or early September 2006, retailers should receive a special notice regarding Measure E

The new transaction and use tax must be charged on all tangible personal property that is delivered or placed into use within the Woodland city limits. See the list of City street addresses (PDF).
