Environmental Review Documents

In order to be in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the City of Woodland reviews proposed development projects to check for potential environmental impacts. For projects that are not exempted under CEQA, the City prepares either an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) or a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND). These documents examine the physical impact of a project on its environment.
