Touch-a-Truck Event

April 21, 2016

The Woodland Public Library is excited to be holding its very first Touch-a-Truck family event, from 11 am to 1 pm on Saturday, April 30th at 250 First Street.  A variety of trucks and vehicles from the community will be on display in the library parking lot and on North and First Streets, adjacent to the library. Families will be able to get up close to everything, and even get on or in some of the vehicles!

There will be a garbage truck, a crane, a bus, a backhoe, a tomato truck, the Rec2Go van, police car, fire truck, and other fun vehicles. There will also be two food trucks selling lunch and snacks during the event: a gelato truck and a Mexican food truck. The library’s parking lot along with North and First Street next to the library will be closed for the event, but parking will be available on the west side of College Street.
