Bring your favorite Monster to downtown Woodland on October 9th at 5:30 pm! The City of Woodland will be hosting “Movies on Main Street”. This free family event has activities for all to enjoy. Shortly after sundown, “Monster’s University” will be shown at Second and Main Streets. Before the movie begins, music will be provided by the Highway 16 Band in Heritage Plaza, and there will be games, crafts, children’s activities, and a free bounce house. Food from the Savory Cafe will be available for purchase and other drinks and snacks can also be purchased. Free flu shots will be available for anyone 6 months and older by the Yolo County Health and Human Services Agency. Downtown businesses on Main Street will be open during the event.
Support for this event has been provided by the Savory Cafe, RDM Audio Visual Rentals, NorCal HID, and the Historic Woodland Downtown Business Association. Bring your low-back chairs or blankets and come enjoy a free family-friendly evening in downtown Woodland.
