The City of Woodland is kicking off April with a 30-day challenge. Commit2Fit is a citywide fitness imitiative aimed to increase physical activity and promote a healthy lifestyle. The City of Woodland along with community partners have joined togehter to motivate our community to create an awareness of how living a healthy lifestyle is easy and can be fun.
This free program is available to anyone who works, plays, or lives in Woodland. There are 3 simple steps to Commit2Fit:
1. Sign up for Commit2Fit
2. Work out - independently or attend the free group exercise classes listed on the calendar. Log your exercise during the month.
3. Submit your Fitness Log - For a chance to win raffle prizes, submit your completed Fitness Log at the end of the month.
