Commit2Fit November 30-Day Challenge

The City of Woodland, along with several community partners, is launching its “Commit2Fit” 30-Day Fitness Challenge beginning November 1. Commit2Fit is an opportunity to have fun, be active, and win prizes, and it is simple and fun. This free program is available to anybody who works, plays, or lives in Woodland.  

There are 3 simple steps to participating in Commit2Fit.

  1. Register at www.C2FWoodland.org and receive the FREE Group Exercise Fitness Calendar and Fitness Log.
  2. Workout independently or attend the free group exercise classes listed on the Group Exercise Fitness Calendar and record your activity on the Fitness Log.
  3. Submit your completed Fitness Log at the Raffle Event on November 30 to collect raffle tickets, which can be redeemed for a chance to win sponsor donated prizes. Raffle prizes include a Fitbit donated by Woodland Healthcare, camping gear donated by the City of Woodland, gym memberships, gym discounts, workout gear, and bicycle related equipment.

The November Commit2Fit Sponsors include: Norcal Indoor Sports, Kaia FIT, Urban Soul Yoga, Woodland Public Library, Fitness Evolution, the YMCA, Oasis Club & Spa, The Max, Dignity Health, Yolo County, Woodland Joint Unified School District, Kuk Sool Won, and Woodland Bike Campaign.

Commit2Fit registration will continue through the end of November. Registration is simple and easy by going to www.C2FWoodland.org or by visiting the Woodland Community and Senior Center during operating hours. You may also register at any of Commit2Fit sponsor sites.
