Subject to the city’s determination as described in Section 26-2-10 of this chapter, the city shall release eight hundred eighty-two (or such other number as determined by the city pursuant to Section 26-2-50 of this chapter) BUAs (“second release group”) on June 30, 2007 (“second release date”).
