Sec. 24A-3-60. City staff review of draft documents.

In order to initiate the city's formal application review process, the applicant shall indicate in writing the submittal of a formal “request to initiate staff review” along with all appropriate draft documents, such as draft technical studies and the draft specific plan. The “request to initiate staff review” shall begin the city's thirty-day review period. During the thirty-day review period, city staff may find the documents incomplete and may request additional information. The project shall not proceed further until all additional information is deemed adequate and complete. (Ord. No. 1295, (part).)
