No person other than an authorized recycling contractor or authorized nonprofit organization shall remove recyclable materials which have been placed in an approved recycling container at the curbside. Any and each violation thereof from one or more recycling collection locations shall constitute a separate and distinct offense punishable as provided in this article. (Ord. No. 1208, § 3 (part).)
