Article 7. Expirations and Extensions of Approvals.
Sec. 21-7-2. Stay of time period due to lawsuit.
(a) If approved by the community development director, the period of time
specified in Section 21-7-1, including any extension thereof, shall not include
the period of time during which a lawsuit involving the approval or conditional
approval of the tentative map is or was pending in a court of competent

lawsuit upon the city, the subdivider may apply to the city for a

years or deny the requested stay.
(d) Appeals of the decision of the
community development director shall conform to the procedures of Section
