Sec. 21-5-8. Utility easements.
Unless waived or modified by the community development director in
consultation with the city engineer, the design of a proposed subdivision shall
provide for a ten-foot public utility easement behind the sidewalk or a
seven-foot public utility easement behind separated sidewalk. (Ord. No. 1500,
