Sec. 21-19-5. Findings.

No application for merger of parcels pursuant to this article shall be approved or conditionally approved unless all of the following findings can be made:
(1) That all existing streets and/or utility easements of record are reserved.
(2) That the resulting parcel conforms to the requirements of this chapter, the general plan, the zoning ordinance and the California Building Code. (Ord. No. 1500, § 3 (part).)
