Sec. 21-19-2. Merger of parcels authorized.

Pursuant to Section 66499.20 3/4 of the Subdivision Map Act, the community development director is authorized to approve or conditionally approve a merger requested by the property owner of contiguous parcels under common ownership without reversion to acreage, upon making the findings and utilizing the procedures set forth in this article. At the community development director’s discretion, the planning commission may take final action on a merger application after a public hearing. (Ord. No. 1500, § 3 (part).)
