Sec. 21-18-1. Lot line adjustments.

(a) A lot line adjustment can only be between four or fewer existing adjoining parcels, and where a greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created.
(b) Requests for lot line adjustments shall be submitted on a form prescribed by the community development director and signed by all property owners of record. Such application shall be accompanied by a map that accurately illustrates all structures on the affected properties and both the existing and proposed property lines, a title report and any additional information required by the community development director. Such application shall be accompanied by a fee, the amount of which shall be set by resolution of the city council as amended from time to time. (Ord. No. 1500, § 3 (part).)
