Article 15. Reservation of Lots for Public Sale.
Sec. 21-15-2. Exemptions.
The following types of residential subdivisions shall be exempt from the
provisions of this article:
(1) Residential subdivisions consisting of ten
or fewer lots;
(2) Condominiums or townhouses with homeowners
(3) Lots designed for fourplex units or units larger than
(4) Zero lot line developments with homeowners associations;
(5) Manufactured housing subdivisions.
