Sec. 21-15-2. Exemptions.

The following types of residential subdivisions shall be exempt from the provisions of this article:
(1) Residential subdivisions consisting of ten or fewer lots;
(2) Condominiums or townhouses with homeowners associations;
(3) Lots designed for fourplex units or units larger than fourplex;
(4) Zero lot line developments with homeowners associations; and
(5) Manufactured housing subdivisions.
