An owner is not precluded by this chapter from taking action, in the event of an emergency, which would otherwise violate the terms of this chapter if such action is necessary to minimize danger. In the event such emergency action is taken, the owner shall notify the director of public works or designated representative by the next working day. (Ord. No. 1230, § 4 (part); Ord.
