(a) Each banner permit shall be valid for a duration of one calendar week only, expiring at the end of the seventh consecutive day following permit approval.
(b) Banners shall be installed and removed by the city’s public works department.
(c) Banners shall be installed and removed on Mondays or after holiday. (Ord. No. 1359, § 4 (part).)
