Article I. General Provisions.
Sec. 20-2-58. Records.
The director of public works shall cause a record to be kept in the public
works department showing the location and depth of the proposed utility and its
distance from well defined curb lines, sidewalk lines or property lines.
Recorded plans shall reflect the “as built” location of the utility.
