Antenna permits shall be in the form of a tag of cardboard, each tag having a stub. Both tag and stub shall be serially numbered and shall have spaces provided for the names of the dealer and owner and the address at which the antenna is installed. The tag shall bear a certificate to the effect that the antenna installation is approved or disapproved and a space for the signature of the city electrical inspector. (Ord. No. 468, § 6.)
