(a) It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to urinate or defecate in or upon any street, sidewalk, alley, plaza, park, public building, publicly maintained facility, or any place open to the public or exposed to public view. This section shall not be construed to prohibit the use for urination or defecation of lawfully constructed restroom facilities designed for the sanitary disposal of human waste.
(b) Violations. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined one hundred dollars for the first violation and two hundred dollars for each subsequent violation. (Ord. No. 1408, § 3.)
