Any minor violating the provisions of Section 15-24 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be dealt with in accordance with juvenile court law and procedure.
Any parent, guardian or other adult person, having the care and custody of a minor, who knowingly and wilfully allows such minor to violate Section 15-24 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. No. 661, § 3; Ord. No. 1458, § 3 (part).)
