The fire chief or authorized representative shall set a hearing to determine the correctness and reasonableness of the account of the costs. An invoice for the costs shall be mailed to the owner of said parcels with notice of the time and date when the report shall be heard by the fire chief or authorized representative to determine the correctness and reasonableness of such costs.
