Sec. 14B-3-2. Cost of abatement.

(a) The city manager or his/her designated representative, shall keep an account of the costs and expenses, including all direct and indirect costs and expenses in abating such graffiti, and shall render a written itemized statement of such costs to the person or persons receiving the notice to abate.
(b) Such person or persons receiving the notice to abate shall be liable to the city for any and all costs and expenses to the city involved in abating the graffiti. (Ord. No. 1181, (part); Ord. No. 1468, § 3 (part).)
