(a) The property owner has the right to request a hearing in response to a citation issued pursuant to this article.
(b) All aspects of the hearing shall be conducted pursuant to Chapter 14A, Article 7 of the Woodland Municipal Code. (Ord. No. 1492, § 3 (part).)
