Any towing operator or officer, official, employee or agent thereof who violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. In addition to any other penalties, any towing operator violating any provision of this article shall be subject to removal from the rotation list. (Ord. 1381, § 3 (part).)
