(a) Any violation of any of the provisions of this article is an infraction, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed fifty dollars for a first violation, one hundred dollars for a second violation within one year, and two hundred fifty dollars for each additional violation within one year.
(b) Every day that any such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. No. 1269, § 3 (part).)
