(a) The operator of a massage establishment shall maintain a register of all persons employed as massage technicians and their permit numbers. Such registers shall be available for inspection at all times during regular business hours.
(b) A list of the services available and the cost of such services shall be posted in an open and conspicuous public place on the premises. The services shall be described in readily understandable language. No owner, operator, responsible managing employee, manager or permittee in charge of, or in control of, the massage establishment shall permit, and no massage technician shall offer to perform, any services other than those posted.
