If any person holding a license obtained pursuant to this article is convicted in any court for violating any law related to or arising from his/her business operation as a licensed pawnbroker, recycler, junk or secondhand dealer, the city may revoke the license forthwith without any further action thereon other than to give notice of revocation to the licensee.
