Persons required to pay any amounts for transacting and carrying on any business under the provisions of this article shall not be relieved from the payment of any other license fee or license tax for the privilege of doing such business required under any other ordinance provisions of the city or of this code, and shall remain subject to the regulatory provisions of all other ordinance provisions.
