(a) The issuance of a business license does not entitle the holder to:
(1) Carry on a business without complying with all requirements of the city and all applicable laws:
(2) Conduct business on any premises located in any zone or locality on which the conduct of each business is prohibited;
(3) Use the business license number in any display, advertisement, or other printed material without the specific designation “City of Woodland Business License Number.”
(b) Violations of any of the foregoing shall be grounds for suspension or revocation of the license. (Ord. No. 1088.)
