Each licensee shall display his license in the following manner:
(1) If the license is for carrying on business at a fixed place of business, the license shall be posted in a conspicuous place upon the business premises;
(2) If the license is for carrying on business which has no fixed placed of business, the license shall be kept available for immediate inspection at all times while carrying on business. (Ord. No. 1006, § 2 (part).)
