Sec. 12A-4-2. Application for permit.

A property owner who desires to construct, alter, move, remove, or demolish a designated historical landmark or any structure within a designated historical district, or who desires to demolish a designated historical resource, shall file an application with the community development department upon a form prescribed by the city. The application shall include all necessary information required by the rules of the historical preservation commission. When the application is filed, it shall be referred to the historical preservation commission. (Ord. No. 1004, § 2 (part); Ord. No. 1310 § 4 (part).)
