(a) Grantee shall offer all services and facilities of its cable communications system upon terms and conditions which are nondiscriminatory.
(b) Service shall be offered to every residential dwelling within the corporate limits of the city of Woodland in accordance with the line extension provision set forth in the franchise ordinance or agreement between grantor and grantee granting a franchise. (Ord. No. 1097, § 1 (part).)
