CHAPTER 8A. CABLE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM.
Sec. 8A.390. Inspection of property and records.
(a) At all reasonable times, grantee shall permit any duly authorized
representative of the city to examine all property of grantee related to
grantee's Woodland cable communications system, whether situated within or
without the city, and to examine and transcribe any and all maps and other
records kept or maintained by grantee or under its control which deal with the
operations, affairs, transactions or property of grantee with respect to its
franchise. Such maps or records shall be kept in the city, or upon reasonable
request by grantor be made available in the city.
(b) Grantee shall prepare
and furnish to the city manager and city clerk, at the times and in the form
prescribed by either of such officers, such reports with respect to its
operations, affairs, transactions or property as may be reasonably necessary or
appropriate to the performance of any of the rights, functions or duties of the
city or any of its officers in connection with the franchise.
(c) Grantee
shall at all times make and keep full and complete plans and records showing the
exact location of all cable communications system equipment installed or in use
in streets and other public places in the city, and upon request by the city,
such plans and records shall be made available in the city.
(d) Grantee
shall file with the city manager, on or before the last day of March of each
year, a current map or set of maps drawn to scale, showing all cable
communications system equipment installed in place in streets and other places
