Article IV. Requirements for Rental Projects.
Sec. 6A-4-50. Tenant eligibility requirements for affordable rental units.
(a) Minimum Household Size. The minimum size of any household occupying an
affordable rental unit shall be no less than one person per
(b) Maximum Income Limitation. Households renting affordable units
shall have incomes that do not exceed fifty percent (very low income household)
or eighty percent (low income household) of the current area median income for
Yolo County as adjusted for household size.
(c) Primary Residence. Eligible
households must certify that the unit will be used as a primary residence.
