CHAPTER 5. BICYCLES.*
Sec. 5.18. Manner of parking bicycles.
No person shall park a bicycle upon a street other than upon the roadway
against the curb or upon the sidewalk in a rack to support the bicycle or
against a building or at the curb in such manner as to afford the least
obstruction to pedestrian traffic.
When a parking rack is provided, no
person shall park a bicycle, except in such rack, on an adjacent street or
sidewalk within a distance of one hundred feet from such rack. (Ord. No. 633,
