Pursuant to Government Code Section 50022.9, County of Yolo Ordinance No. 849, entitled “Chapter 6. Ambulances,” as amended hereinafter in Section 2A.2, is adopted by this reference, and pursuant to Government Code Section 50022.4 the penalty clause of said Ordinance No. 849 is adopted as hereinafter set forth in full:
“ARTICLE 9. PENALTIES.
“Section 4-6.801. Violations: Penalties.
“Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.” (Ord.
