Sec. 2-1-35. Application forms.

Applications to serve on boards, commissions and committees shall be kept on file in the city clerk’s office and made available to the public during all hours in which City Hall is open for daily business. All candidates for appointment to a vacant position(s) on a board, commission, or committee shall provide references and submit to a background check. (Ord. No. 935, § 2 (part); Ord.
