As directed by the city council, the city shall convene a technical advisory committee (“TAC”) comprised of select representatives of key city departments and other agencies. The TAC shall meet with the project applicant as necessary to discuss key project issues and shall review technical matters as appropriate. The TAC shall provide the applicant with information regarding city policy, standards and guidelines in response to the proposed project. The TAC is advisory; the city shall have the authority to determine adequacy of documents pursuant to Section 24A-3-50 of this article. (Ord. No. 1295, (part).)
