The design of a proposed subdivision shall provide for the availability of appropriate cable television systems and for communication systems, including, but not limited to, telephone and Internet services, to each residential parcel in the subdivision. This section does not apply to the conversion of existing dwelling units to condominiums, community apartments or stock cooperatives. (Ord. No. 1500, § 3 (part).)
