This chapter shall regulate land divisions in any specific plan area, except to the extent that a specific provision or regulation in the specific plan conflicts with this chapter. In this event, the specific plan shall control. Where the specific plan is silent or ambiguous, the provisions of this chapter shall apply directly or for the purpose of interpretation, as appropriate. (Ord. No. 1500, § 3 (part).)
