Filing fees for processing subdivisions pursuant to this chapter shall be paid in the amounts and manner prescribed by resolution of the city council as amended from time to time. Except as otherwise specified in such resolution or in this code, such fees shall not be refundable. (Ord. No. 1500, § 3 (part).)
