(a) The procedures for reviewing lot line adjustments pursuant to Article 18 of this chapter shall apply to applications pursuant to this article to merge contiguous parcels under common ownership.
(b) The notice and hearing requirements for lot line adjustments shall apply to merger applications under this article. (Ord. No. 1500, § 3 (part).)
